Paola Fudakowska
TRIAL International, Switzerland
Paola Fudakowska is a public international law and human rights lawyer, working with TRIAL International – a Geneva-based NGO fighting impunity for international crimes and supporting survivors in their quest for justice. Paola has 15 years experience as a litigator at an international law firm in London and Geneva and 3 years as a legal adviser for the U.K. Government at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
Paola is Honorary President of AIJA – the International Association of Young Lawyers and Co-founder of the AIJA Women Network.
Wanjing Goh
Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Singapore
Wanjing is a highly experienced transactional infrastructure, construction and engineering lawyer, advising on all aspects of major infrastructure and real estate development projects in Asia. She has expertise in the power, renewables, infrastructure and hospitality and leisure sectors, and has advised on project development and the full suite of construction and consultancy agreements in international forms such as FIDIC and Singapore standard forms including PSSCOC and SIA Conditions of Contract.
She has acted for major owners and contractors in a spectrum of dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration, litigation and adjudication under the Security of Payments Act. She has also advised on labour and employment matters.
Wanjing is an Accredited Specialist in Building and Construction Law in Singapore, and was part of a select group of construction law practitioners that was accredited in the inaugural batch of 2018. Wanjing also sits on the committee of the Women in Energy, Asia Society as well as the British Chamber of Commerce Energy and Utilities Committee.
She was based in Myanmar previously and acted as Country Representative of her previous firm. She has advised Myanmar clients on matters related to property development, construction and hospitality. She was also recommended in legal directories for her Corporate and M&A as well as Projects (including energy) work in Myanmar.
Jean-Rodolphe Fiechter
Kellerhals Carrard, Switzerland
Jean-Rodolphe Fiechter is a multilingual (French/German/English/Italian) specialist construction and real estate lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in Switzerland and abroad (including Singapore and New York). He has a solid experience in cross-border construction and real estate advice and dispute resolution, acting as arbitrator and representing domestic and foreign clients (architects, engineers, developers and facility managers) before Swiss courts, mediators and arbitral tribunals (including FIDIC DAB and SIA 150). He has advised on a wide range of Swiss and international projects (incl. FIDIC), comprising pharmaceutical plants, hydro power plants, hotels and convention centres, railway stations, industrial buildings, an opera house and luxury chalets in the Swiss Alps. Jean-Rodolphe Fiechter is a lecturer at the Bernese University of Applied Sciences and at the School of Engineering and Architecture of Fribourg, and a regular speaker on real estate and construction topics, and on legal aspects of Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Ching S. SIA

Ching is a LGBTQ activist from Pink Dot SG. She joined the Pink Dot Organising Committee since 2013. Apart from Pink Dot, she is also involved in the Ready4Repeal movement that took off in 2018, in support of the repeal of Section 377A, a discriminatory law against the LGBTQ community in Singapore. More recently, she has joined Prout’s core team, a platform that provides resources and support for the LGBTQ community. In her spare time, she co-organises many other queer community-centric events, such as Prout’s Queer Trivia Night and as a way to educate and raise awareness on LGBTQ issues in Singapore.
Claire Flores

Claire Flores is the Senior Director of Global Sales in the Americas and Asia Pacific. She is a qualified lawyer in the United States and a Solicitor Candidate in England and Wales. Claire has worked for BARBRI for eight years helping students across the globe to realize their dream of and prepare for becoming a Solicitor or U.S. lawyer. Claire is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Anamah Tan
Ann Tan Associates, Singapore
Dr Anamah Tan, a dedicated family lawyer by training has over 45 years of experience in advancing the rights of status of women in Singapore, Asia and worldwide. She is a well-respected woman leader as she has initiated and spearheaded many projects that benefited women and their families. She has campaigned relentlessly against gender discrimination and for better protection of women from domestic violence.
For Dr Tan it all began in the early 1970s, when she and a group of women lawyers started the Singapore Association of Women Lawyers (SAWL). Under her leadership in SAWL, Dr Tan helped to make legal process more attuned to the needs of the people and was instrumental in making substantive changes to the Women’s charter both in the 1980 and 1996 amendments.
Also in 1995, thanks to Dr Tan’s lobbying platforms, the Family Court of Singapore was established.
In 1979, various women’s organisations banded together to to form the Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations and SAWL, and Dr Tan was one of its founding members.
Under Dr Tan’s leadership, among other initiatives, she raised funds to build the SCWO Centre and helped to establish the Star Shelter, the only secular crisis centre in Singapore.
Dr Tan’s work on women’s rights went regional and international. She became active since early 1990s in the Asean Confederation of Women’s Organisations (ACWO) and was its President in 2002 to 2002. She is now its Special Adviser. She was the President of the International Council of Women for 2003 to 2009. In 2004, Dr Tan successfully sought a seat on the United Nations’ Committee in the Elimination of Discrimination against Women (UN CEDAW), where she served from 2004-2008.
