Guaranteed Room Rates:

• The guaranteed room rates will be in effect for 3 (three) days prior and 3 (three) days following the main booking dates of 22 – 27 August 2022, subject to availability

Reservation Procedure

• The cost of 1 night’s accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking
• All reservations will be made, modified or cancelled by individuals on-line at a customized website URL.
• Reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date provided by the Hotel by Monday, 8 August 2022

Cancellation Policy

• The cost of 1 night’s accommodation must be guaranteed by credit card at the time of booking.
• In the event of cancellation within 30 (thirty) days of arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge one night’s cancellation charge to the credit card
• In the event of cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days of arrival date, the Hotel reserves the right to charge for the full length of stay to the credit card

No Show:

• Should there be a ‘No Show’ for the guaranteed reservations on the date of arrival, a full duration room charge will be levied as ‘No Show’ charge. Thereafter, the Hotel reserves the exclusive right to release and resell the rooms
